Patricija Stalidzane bounced back emphatically at Norisring following the heartache of a DNS at Oschersleben. Over the weekend, she clinched two podiums in Races 1 and 3, and came agonizingly close to a win in Race 2.
On Saturday’s Race 1, Patricija delivered a strong and consistent drive to secure third place, setting the fastest lap of the race.
In Race 2, she started strongly and seized the lead, until just two laps to go. Unfortunately, a battle in the final lap resulted in contact, causing her to slip off the podium, a heartbreaking end to what had looked like a potential victory.
Determined to end on a high, Patricija regained momentum in Race 3 and once again finished third, earning her second podium of the season. This performance elevated her into fifth place in the championship standings, now within striking distance of the leaders as Norisring concluded with Lukas Stiefelhagen taking all three wins and extending his lead to 61 points .
This weekend’s strong showing has reset her trajectory and reaffirmed her presence in the title fight. With the Nürburgring next on the calendar, Patricija has the pace and resilience to challenge for her first NXT Gen Cup win.
